A Warm Welcome

The wish of our managers and staff is for every guest to enjoy a safe, happy, friendly and relaxing stay. Please be considerate of others and keep your site and belongings secure and tidy. The following applies to all guests, residents and invited visitors.

The little things that keep our park peaceful and welcoming for everyone.

Departure

All sites are to be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day, unless a late departure has been arranged.

Noise

Please keep noise from TVs, music and gatherings to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am so everyone can rest.

Children

For everyone’s safety, all minors should be back at their site or cabin by 10:00 pm. Parents are responsible for children in their care.

Pets

Pets are welcome on sites and must be kept under control. Pets are not allowed in cabins, except certified service dogs.

Parking

One car space is allocated to most sites and cabins. Please arrange extra-vehicle parking with the manager beforehand.

Speed Limit

All park roads are shared by pedestrians and vehicles — walking pace only, please.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation or common area.

Bikes & Scooters

Bikes, scooters and rollerblades are for daylight use only. Helmets and protective gear must be worn.

Power Leads

Caravan/campervan leads must be 15-amp tested and tagged. No double adapters; generators are not permitted.

Wildlife

Please don’t feed the wildlife — human food can be harmful to their health.

Security

Please secure valuables left outside your tent, caravan or cabin, day and night.

Dump Point

A dump point is located on site — see the park map for its location.

Please be considerate

So everyone can enjoy their holiday, we ask all guests to refrain from the following while in the park:

  • No excessive noise, swearing or anti-social behaviour
  • No illegal drug use or excessive alcohol
  • Keep your site tidy and free of undue mess
  • No unregistered overnight guests or vehicles
  • No driving lessons within the park grounds

Failure to comply, including any damage to park property, may result in guests being asked to leave with no refund issued.

Risk warning

Park management wishes to advise all guests that activities undertaken for recreation, enjoyment or relaxation may carry a risk of harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in such activities do so at their own risk.

Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please take care, look out for one another, and enjoy your stay.
